All Health Matters has always supported Pride Month, and values everyone all year round. This year, our focus is on gender awareness. We are knowing better and doing better, and undertaking work to make sure our clinics and processes are inclusive and safe for everyone in the LGBTQI+ community.
We are:
bringing our forms up to date and reviewing the language used to ensure all users feel represented and included.
sourcing meaningful training for our team around gender awareness to give them the knowledge to help everyone feel understood and at ease.
sharing information and guidance with our team to raise awareness and understanding of LGBTQI+ issues.
As an employee-owned company, we're more committed than ever to meeting everyone at a human level. Each person we come into contact with, in our clinics, our offices, our supply chain, and our prospective clients, deserves respect. With these changes, we hope that everyone who comes into contact with AHM feels accepted for who they are.
These actions will not be the end of our journey to being more inclusive, and we will always strive to improve.
Businesses can play an important role in raising awareness of LGBTQI+ issues, and creating safer spaces for people to work and visit.
