Accessibility and Arrangements for Persons with Disabilities

At All Health Matters, we are committed to ensuring equity of access to our services for all individuals. We understand the importance of making appropriate arrangements for persons with disabilities to ensure their experience is comfortable, dignified, and respectful of their privacy.

We offer a range of appointment methods depending on the service required, including face-to-face in clinic, telephone, video call, or, if essential, home visits can be arranged. Please note that home visits are not standard practice and are only available if truly necessary.

Our Clinics:

​

Canterbury Clinic (Castle House, CT2 8AP):
  • On-site parking is available. Please inform us in advance if a large parking space is required so we can reserve two spaces, as there is no dedicated disabled parking bay.

  • Access requires the use of a keypad at the driveway gate, located at car window height. This will call our reception team who will buzz the gate open. Pedestrians also need to use this keypad for access.

  • Step-free access to the front door and clinic room is available, but there is no automatic door opening. Clients needing assistance should notify us in advance.

  • There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor.

East London Clinic (Expressway Studios, E16 1AH):
  • Disabled access to reception is available, with a lift to our floor.

  • Our clinic is located down a long narrow corridor with doors that do not have automatic opening. Clients needing assistance should notify us in advance.

  • There is a nearby disabled toilet.

West London Clinic (Great West House, TW9 9DF):
  • There are automatic doors on entry to the building and receptionist will direct you to our clinic.

  • A dedicated disabled lift is available as well as a standard lift to access our floor.

  • There are doors without automatic opening on the route to our clinic. Clients needing assistance should notify us in advance.

  • There is a disabled toilet on every floor.

 

 

If you have other accessibility needs, such as extended appointment times, please highlight this early in the booking process to ensure we can make the necessary arrangements. We are happy to consider any other accessibility requests and will endeavour to do all we reasonably can to facilitate access to our services.
