Gill Monk
Managing Director
Gill founded All Health Matters in 2010 after a number of years working in the OH world. She gained her occupational health qualification at the University of Glamorgan shortly after and was a practising OH Technician.

Rachel Day
Client Services & HR Director
Rachel oversees the AHM clinical team and clinics, as well as managing many of our client accounts. With a background in GP Practice Management, she has extensive knowledge of healthcare environments and managing teams of clinical professionals.

Andrew Llewellyn-Davis
Operations Director
Andrew has over 17 years’ experience in the Healthcare industry, primarily within Occupational Health settings in both the private and public sector. Andrew has been with AHM since 2015 and is passionate about providing excellent customer service to every client he works with alongside developing and motivating the teams he manages.

Dr Frixos Kopsacheilis
Clinical Director
Frixos completed his speciality training in Greece and moved to the UK in 2015 where he has been practicing occupational medicine since as a registered specialist. He is a member of FOM. He has primarily worked in the energy and transport sectors while catering to a wide range of other industries (travel, education, construction, council services, etc). He also advises employers on statutory issues (Asbestos, Ionising Radiation, Lead, Hand-Arm vibration, COSHH).

Alice Monk
Director of Communications
Alice has been part of the All Health Matters team since 2012, starting as an Administrator and progressing through a variety of roles before joining the Board as Director in 2021. Her experience across multiple areas of the organisation gives her a unique perspective on both the business and the people who make it what it is.
She leads the company's communications, marketing and brand activity, alongside projects focused on governance, technology and continuous improvement. Passionate about employee wellbeing, Alice believes that healthy organisations are built on clear communication, taking ownership, and a culture of ongoing improvement. Her personal mantra, "clarity is kindness", influences much of her approach to leadership and communication.
When she's not at AHM, you'll usually find her singing with a choir, taking part in improvised theatre or spending time with her family.

Shaun Habbershaw
Clinical Operations Manager
Shaun joined the occupational health profession in 2010, beginning his career as an Occupational Health Administrator before progressing into an Occupational Health Technician role. He joined All Health Matters as an Occupational Health Technician and has since progressed through several positions, including Occupational Health Technician Lead, before moving into his current role as Clinical Operations Manager. His experience across clinical delivery, operations and client support provides him with a broad understanding of occupational health services and the practical needs of both clients and clinicians.
In his current role, Shaun supports the day-to-day operational delivery of occupational health services, providing guidance to clients and clinicians, managing clinical diaries, supporting workforce planning, assisting with training and competency development, supporting on audits, and governance activities and process improvements. He is passionate about delivering high-quality, efficient occupational health services that support both employee wellbeing and business needs.
Outside of work, Shaun enjoys fitness, reading, gardening and exploring his long-standing interest in cosmology and the wider universe.

Since joining All Health Matters in January 2022, Simon has been passionate about helping organisations create healthier, safer workplaces. Before moving into occupational health, he spent several years working within the workplace drug and alcohol testing industry, giving him a strong foundation in workplace health, safety, and risk management.
To further strengthen his expertise, Simon was awarded the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety in 2026, complementing his occupational health knowledge with a broader understanding of workplace safety and compliance.
As Business Development Manager, Simon enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and helping businesses find practical occupational health solutions that genuinely make a difference. He believes that when employers invest in the health and wellbeing of their people, everyone benefits, from happier, healthier employees to stronger, more resilient organisations. Knowing that his work contributes to keeping people safe, healthy, and supported at work is what makes the role so rewarding.

Finance Manager
Sue gained her financial qualifications in 2011 and joined All Health Matters in October 2016 as Financial Controller/PA to the Managing Director, Sue has recently been promoted to Finance Manager and joined the Management Team. In her spare time Sue enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Senior OH Nurse Specialist
Rachel joined All Health Matters in 2012 as a Specialist Occupational Health Nurse. She has extensive experience supporting employee health and wellbeing across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, oil & gas, and transport. She also specialises in tropical medicine, advising business travellers on staying healthy abroad. As well as providing OH services to our clients, Rachel also assists in supporting, mentoring, and advising the clinical team.
