All Health Matters Proud to Sponsor the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Award
We're delighted to announce that All Health Matters is once again sponsoring the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Award at the Kent Business Awards 2026.
The Kent Business Awards celebrate businesses that are making a positive impact across the county, recognising excellence in areas ranging from customer service and innovation to sustainability and business growth.
The Occupational Health & Wellbeing Award shines a spotlight on employers who place the health, safety and wellbeing of their people at the heart of their organisation.
What Are the Judges Looking For?
According to the awards organisers:
"This award recognises a Kent employer with a strong and active approach to health, safety and wellbeing that is embedded in their culture. Judges are looking for evidence that staff wellbeing is valued at all levels of the business and supported through clear actions, policies, and initiatives that go beyond minimum requirements where possible."
Importantly, this category is not aimed at businesses working within the health sector. Instead, it recognises organisations from any industry that have created a workplace culture where employee wellbeing genuinely matters.
Why Consider Entering?
Many employers are already doing excellent work to support the health and wellbeing of their teams, whether that's through:
Occupational health support
Wellbeing initiatives and benefits
Mental health and workplace support programmes
Health promotion activities
Manager training and development
Flexible and inclusive working practices
Proactive health and safety programmes
The awards provide an opportunity to showcase these efforts, celebrate your people, and gain recognition for the positive culture you've built.
Entries Are Now Open
If your organisation has embedded health, safety and wellbeing into the way it operates, we'd encourage you to take a look at the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Award and consider entering.
