Ear Health Services

Your hearing is precious, and maintaining ear health is vital. At All Health Matters, we provide professional ear irrigation and microsuction services for safe and effective earwax removal.

These services are available for adults (18+) experiencing:

  • Hearing loss caused by earwax

  • Ongoing itchiness or discomfort

  • Blocked ears or a feeling of fullness

  • Vertigo (with assessment)

  • Obstructed views of the eardrum due to wax

To ensure the best results, we recommend using ear drops to soften the wax for 3-5 days before your appointment.

Please note:

  • An ear health assessment is included with every appointment.

  • Wax removal may require more than one visit if wax is not adequately softened beforehand. Follow-up discounts are available.

  • A minimum fee of £35 applies, even if no wax is removed.

FAQ

What are the terms and conditions of booking?

You can view the full terms and conditions of booking here: https://www.allhealthmatters.co.uk/wellness-terms-conditions

What happens if wax cannot be removed on my first visit?

If earwax removal isn’t completed on the first visit, follow-up appointments are discounted: 40% off the second visit, and the third visit is free if required.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Use ear drops such as olive oil, almond oil (not for nut allergies), or sodium bicarbonate for 3-5 days to soften the wax. Avoid drops if you suspect a perforated eardrum, dermatitis, or ear infection.

Do I need earwax removal?

In most cases, earwax doesn’t need removal. However, if you experience hearing loss, blocked ears, or other symptoms, professional removal may help.

What’s the difference between irrigation and microsuction?

Irrigation uses warm water to flush out earwax, while microsuction uses a small suction device for precise removal. Microsuction is ideal for sensitive cases or hardened wax.
