Service Description

Travel vaccines and medication in Canterbury with experienced travel nurses. Planning a trip? Our Travel Health service ensures you’re fully prepared for a safe and healthy journey. Our experienced clinical team will review your travel plans and medical history to provide tailored advice and administer any recommended vaccines or anti-malarial medication. As a registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre and member of the Travel Health Pro network, we ensure safe and effective vaccination in line with UK guidelines. Your appointment includes: • In-clinic consultation with a travel health nurse • Destination-specific health advice • Administration of recommended vaccines and anti-malarial medication (vaccine costs apply) • Guidance on vaccine schedules for multi-dose requirements Important: We are unable to provide travel health advice outside of an official consultation, as individual medical history must always be considered by our clinical team. Minimum charge: £45 for the consultation. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your vaccines if required. Cancellation Policy

To cancel and reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, a charge may apply.

Booking terms & further information

A deposit is due at time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until this has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by All Health Matters, or unless you give at least 2 working days' notice. Please note that Wellness Clinics at All Health Matters does not offer an ongoing care or treatment package and are an advisory service only. All Health Matters cannot treat or diagnose medical conditions and will refer you to back to NHS services via your GP if any results indicate that follow up is advisable. All Health Matters will give you a copy of your results to give to your GP. We can also write a private referral letter if you have access to private health care, however this may be chargeable dependant on the package you have selected. All Health Matters do not accept responsibility for your ongoing health, and the onus is on you, the customer, to follow any recommendations given as part of the medical assessment. By consenting to proceed with the appointment, you are agreeing to accept these terms.
