Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Charges for MRs/ individual appointments 

 

In order not to incur cancellation charges, the organisation must notify AHM of any cancellations as soon as possible. 

​

Where an appointment fails due to nonattendance for any reason, and which has not been previously advised by the organisation, the organisation will remain liable for the full cost of the missed appointment. 

​

In the case of telephone/ video management referrals, the clinician will attempt to contact the person 3 times but if there is no response within 15 minutes, the organisation will be liable for the full cost. 

​

Cancelled appointments may be chargeable under the following terms and conditions: 

​

  1. Cancellation 1 working day before the appointment is due to take place – 100% charge 

  2. Cancellation 2 working days before the appointment is due to take place – 50% charge 

  3. Cancellation 3 working days before the appointment is due to take place – no charge 

 

A working day means 0900 – 1700, Monday to Friday 

 

Cancellation charges for full or part day

In order not to incur cancellation charges, the organisation must notify their AHM contact as soon as possible. 

​

Cancelled full or part day sessions may be chargeable under the following terms and conditions: 

​

  1. Cancellation same day or 1 working day before – 100% charge 

  2. Cancellation 2 working days before – 75% charge 

  3. Cancellation 3 working days before – 50% charge 

  4. Cancellation 4 working days before – 25% charge 

  1. Cancellation 5 working days before – no charge 

 

Working day in this context means 09.00 – 17.00, Monday – Friday. 

 

Should notification of a cancelled session occur after the close of business, the cancellation terms will be applied from the following day.
