Occupational Health Physician (OHP) - London (& Remote)

Details

  • Must have experience of occupational health management referrals

  • Competitive Salary DOE + Benefits - Freelance also considered

  • Employee-owned company - all direct employees who have passed probation are eligible for bonuses linked to company success.

About the role

Our OHPs have excellent people skills, putting clients at ease and encouraging them to open up about their health. They also possess a deep understanding of occupational health issues including knowledge of employment and health and safety legislation, allowing them to provide helpful and specific advice to employers in managing work related health.

As well as carrying out management referral consultations in person, by video call and by telephone, you will also carry out medicals in our East London clinic alongside a team of OH Nurses and Technicians. You will help support OHAs with their own case management, giving advice and opinions where required, and advise the rest of the team on clinical queries as they arise.

Our clinical team is overseen by Dr Frixos Kospacheilis and Rachel Day who will support you clinically and professionally to develop your skills and feel part of the AHM team. You'll be able to think on your feet, enjoy being part of a team, and have high standards for the quality of your work. Our work is all done online, so you'll have some computer skills or at least be unafraid and willing to learn.

This position is based in our East London clinic (E16) with potential for some remote working if available. There will also be the opportunity to work at and visit client sites occasionally if suitable.
