A deposit is due at time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until this has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by All Health Matters. Please note that Wellness Clinics at All Health Matters does not offer an ongoing care or treatment package and are an advisory service only. All Health Matters cannot treat or diagnose medical conditions and will refer you to back to NHS services via your GP if any results indicate that follow up is advisable. All Health Matters will give you a copy of your results to give to your GP. We can also write a private referral letter if you have access to private health care, however this may be chargeable dependant on the package you have selected. All Health Matters do not accept responsibility for your ongoing health, and the onus is on you, the customer, to follow any recommendations given as part of the medical assessment. By consenting to proceed with the appointment, you are agreeing to accept these terms.
