Service Description

An unhurried 15-minute GP Consultation service to cover your health concerns. (Age 18+ only) Dr Kate will review your medical history, answer any questions you have, and discuss your options with you, including any pros and cons. Following the consultation Kate can write a private prescription if necessary. Please note, consultations will be conducted using the principles of prescribing lifestyle medicine. Medication will only be prescribed if absolutely necessary. Please note we do not dispense medication ourselves and there is a £8 admin fee for private prescriptions. This is a remote appointment conducted by video or telephone call. Please note, as a private healthcare provider we do not have access to your NHS health records. Please give full and accurate information to the medical staff. ****IMPORTANT**** ~ What type of problems can NOT be seen by Dr Kate: -No urgent and serious new problems e.g. No chest pain, sudden onset new severe headache, new weakness or speech problems that could suggest a stroke, severe abdominal or pelvic pain -No suspected infections e.g. chest infection, sinus problems (unless going on for months and already seen a GP during this time), urinary tract infection (unless recurrent infections e.g. 3 or more infections in the last 12 months wanting to reduce your chances of getting more infections) etc. -No rashes or skin lesions that are likely to need examination (if long-term skin condition and diagnosis already known it may be suitable, e.g. known eczema hoping for improved control) -None of the following women’s problems: post-menopausal bleeding, unexplained bleeding after sex or between periods, vaginal lump or lump on the vulva (as they will need to be examined and this is a remote appointment) ~ What type of problems CAN be seen by Dr Kate: -Well woman/man/person check -Any chronic (long-term) condition where the patient is hoping for help in managing their condition (with medication and/or lifestyle management) - Menopause/perimenopause - Women's health (other than listed above) - Tiredness/ fatigue/ insomnia/ sleep problems - IBS/ Acid Reflux - Fertility - High blood pressure - High cholesterol -Pre-diabetes or diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes -Weight problems -Migraine (existing condition for help managing/ understanding) -Burnout -Patient has been seeing their own GP(s) and still feels things are unclear with their health and would like help and clarity  


Cancellation Policy

To cancel and reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, a charge may apply.

Booking terms & further information

A deposit is due at time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until this has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by All Health Matters, or unless you give at least 2 working days' notice. Please note that Wellness Clinics at All Health Matters does not offer an ongoing care or treatment package and are an advisory service only. All Health Matters cannot treat or diagnose medical conditions and will refer you to back to NHS services via your GP if any results indicate that follow up is advisable. All Health Matters will give you a copy of your results to give to your GP. We can also write a private referral letter if you have access to private health care, however this may be chargeable dependant on the package you have selected. All Health Matters do not accept responsibility for your ongoing health, and the onus is on you, the customer, to follow any recommendations given as part of the medical assessment. By consenting to proceed with the appointment, you are agreeing to accept these terms.
