All Health Matters announces merger with KB Occupational Health & Safety
All Health Matters are pleased to announce a merger with KB Occupational Health & Safety Services with effect from 1 October 2020.
From that date, all the business of KBOH, as well as Kim Boggins herself, will transfer to All Health Matters who will also take over the KB clinic premises at Discovery Park in Sandwich. This will bring the total number of All Health Matters sites to five, plus two mobile units.
Gill Monk, the owner of AHM and Kim Boggins of KBOHS, are delighted with the arrangements which formally bring together a ten year collaboration between the two companies. While both are based in East Kent and were often in competition for the same business, the two have formed a close working relationship which has stood the test of time.
As well as delivering clinical support to clients, Kim will also be providing quality audits and clinical training programmes. She will also support Rachel Day, OH Practice Manager, with clinical governance and policy.
This is another positive move for All Health Matters who celebrated 10 years in business this year, and whose client portfolio has continued to grow throughout the pandemic.
