Dr Trevor Maze is a Registered Medical Practitioner having studied medicine at Queen’s
University of Belfast. He initially specialised in anaesthesia and critical care
before moving into Occupational Health via maritime work and the off shore oil industry.
He is an AFOM and is appointed by the HSE as Northern Ireland’s Maritime & Coastguard
Agency Medical Officer. Spending his time between NI and England, Trevor looks after
some very high profile contracts on both sides of the Irish Sea and has in the past
been OH physician for some very prestigious organisations. Trevor joined All Health
Matters as Clinical Lead to guide Clinical Governance and to offer his expert advice
and sound counsel.
Dr Gillian Harris has joined the team to look after our Kent clients. Gill is an
experienced doctor, having gained her MBChB from Glasgow University in 1986. After
many years in General Practice, she went on to specialise in Occupational Medicine
and in 2007 attained Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine giving her
Consultant status. Like Trevor, Gill is well versed in the issues facing today’s
employers and works hard to ensure a co-operative and supportive approach where all
parties are encouraged to work together to find the most effective solution.
Caroline Whittaker RRC is a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Occupational Health). Caroline has worked in occupational health for over 24 years, in a range of organisations. She moved into academia full time with a vision to create occupational health courses that meet the needs of employers as well as occupational health practitioners. Her current post is Senior Lecturer at the University of Glamorgan and she continues to combine this with working in practice to maintain her skills. As a Lieutenant Colonel in the Territorial Army she has undertaken operational tours to Bosnia, Iraq and Afganistan and was awarded the Royal Red Cross First class for services for nursing in Iraq. Caroline joins All Health Matters in an advisory capacity and to support and guide our nurses and technicians with their professional development.
Kim Boggins brings to the team several years of experience having worked with a broad
spectrum of industry and business.As our Specialist OH Nurse Practitioner, Kim also
holds the HAVS qualification as well as NEBOSH and is an accredited specialist with
the CBH initiative. She also sits on the editorial board of the Health & Safety at
Work Magazine.
Caroline Barnes is an accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors
and Psychotherapists (BACP) and UKRCP registered. She has worked as a counsellor
for a number of years in a variety of settings and has experience of working with
individuals experiencing a wide range of life issues. Caroline is also a qualified
sound and voice therapist
Loredana Williams manages Wales and the south west. After several years in the NHS
she moved to private OH and is concentrating on work related ill health risks and
hazards particularly with the construction and woodworking industries in which she
has special interest.
Katie Cutmore has joined the team as an Apprentice Administrator and has already
shown herself to be capable and professional in her contact with clients and their
